Have you tried black rice crackers?! They're great! They have little sesame seeds in them and apparently they're good for you! To celebrate this discovery I made Guacamole Conglomerate
a thing consisting of a number of different and distinct parts or items that are grouped together.
To make the guacamole I diced up 1 avocado, covered it in the juice of 1 lemon, and roughly mashed it, still leaving a few nice cubes in there.
Then I added 2 finely chopped garlic cloves, some lemon rind, 1 diced chilli, salt, pepper, chopped up coriander, marjoram and parsley, and (because I didn't have any red onion), some very finely diced spring onions.
I mixed it all round then stirred through 1 tomato, chopped into small cubes.
Then I stood on a kitchen chair for a while trying to take a nice photo of it on top of an old oven tray.
